About Me

Hi I'm Amy, I started to take an interest in baking at aged 10 and ever since then I haven't looked back! I make all things sweet including cakes ,cupcakes, brownies, rocky road ,meringues, biscuits and mini cupcakes. I set up my small business in August 2018 after making cakes for 8 years and improving my skills and knowledge along the way. I'm a self taught baker who bakes from a small home kitchen. Everything I have learnt over the years has been from YouTube videos and lots of practice ! Believe me a lot of practice ! learning a trade like baking takes lots of time, patience and hard work! I studied and graduated college after studying level 3 Patisserie and Confectionary. I am registered with my local council and also have a level 2 health and safety certificate. I am a fully registered business since August 2018.  My handmade cakes and treats make a great gift for any occasion birthday, new baby ,Christmas we got you covered!
